GAP Sweaters

I haven’t worn GAP sweaters regularly since college, but got into a habit and now have 3 GAP hoodies and 1 crew sweater, to complement by Uniqlo crew sweaters. Keeping it simple and got mostly white or beige GAP sweaters that seem to go well with my blue jeans; my navy jackets and tops were clashing so to break up the monotone blue, going with white tops and white shoes.  Very simple, classic and easy. I can now sport at least 4 different white sweaters to break up the week and do a mix of a black crew neck.  My Navy GAP hoodie, I’m relegating for those days I wore black or khaki pants. So glad my new job allows me to wear hoodies again!  Spent 3 years stuck in slacks and button down shirts.

Iroshizuku Ink - Triple Mini’s - Asa-Gao, Shinkai, Yama-Budo

Picked up another triple mini set of Iroshizuku Ink.  For the price of one 50mL bottle, I got 3 smaller 15 mL bottles to sample different colors of ink.  This brings my growing collection to about 8 different Iroshizuku inks; I think there are at least 26 standard colors, with several seasonal and special editions.

Southwest Airlines - Jan 2022 - Snacks and Drinks

Flew for the first time on Southwest Airlines, yes I know what took so long?  Don’t have a good answer. Overall, Southwest is very reasonably priced for what they offer and it’s a low fare for a decent seat, pretty good wifi entertainment system and some free drinks and snacks.  Got to enjoy some free movies and text friends while flying…pretty awesome. Honestly, with the quality of airline meals that other carriers offer in economy, the simple snacks that Southwest offers is not half bad. Sadly, no alcohol.  I can see the appeal of enjoying a beer or some hard liquor with the pretzels.  Maybe in a few months they may bring back liquor sales. I’ll likely fly Southwest again as it’s so cheap for what they offer. For planes, I got to fly on both the 737-Max8 and an older 737-700.  I prefer the Max8 as it has more bathrooms, but otherwise both are about the same.
