I've grown accustomed to Summer Moon and like their Cappucino's; although this time around I opted to try their Summer Moon (too sweet) and Half Moon (less sweet). While its the best Cappuccino's in Frisco by far, its hit or miss on quality at times.  If they get too busy the quality suffers, but when they have a good barista and the wait is not too bad, it can be a real treat. I prefer to not do a mobile order as the drinks can be sitting for a while. Summer Moon - Cappuccino Rating = 7 ~ 8/10

 Trying something new and something familiar for my weekly coffee spots and ended up at Fairgrounds in Knox Henderson (Dallas, TX) for a new spot and a familiar one at Summer Moon in Frisco, TX. For Fairgrounds, I tried both an Espresso and Cappucino.  The Cappucino was flat and they may have used Soy or Skim Milk instead of Whole Milk.  The Espresso was good so I'm certain if I order w/ Whole Milk the Cappucino should be better next time. Weather was hot as usual, but in the shade and a nice breeze it was good to be outside and I'm liking both spots.   Fairgrounds - Cappuccino Rating = 5/10
